#Literacy Matters Conference - Aldine ISD

In this session, participants will use creativity and innovation to explore the use of AI in the classroom. Educators will add to their tool kit by learning about the better-known AI generators to engage students and ignite curiosity. Resources to enhance students’ literacy outcomes will be provided in both English/Spanish to support bilingualism as a true asset via QR codes empowering educators to make personalized instructional decisions. AI prompts covered include vocabulary building (including cognates), interactive grammar practice, standards-aligned questions, text-to-high-quality-speech, text-to-images, creative writing assistant for various formats, voicing and more. (Participants with a computer or device will benefit greatly).
